It depends……! Most of our freelance contracts does require a “hit the ground running” experience and know how within your domain. Some competencies within SAP are very rare to find. Some products within SAP are new. The more unicorn-like SAP skills our clients are looking for the less focus we see on “years of experience”.

Yes! You do need your own company as a freelancer. However if you are new to freelancing and want to test the grounds working as an external, IT Optimiser can offer a payroll solution during the initial period of your contract.

Yes! You need insurance. Having your own company, the need for insurance can be split in two categories: Insurances required by law and insurances that are voluntary and / or required by our clients. Besides legal requirements you need to consider Public-, Product- and Professional Liability insurance. Working on a contract via IT Optimiser we are as an alternative able to provide you with the right coverage required by our clients (aside the insurances your company is required to obtain by law)
