Technical Program Manager – SAP Contract Renegotiation

Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the SAP Contract Renegotiation Program, a separate but closely connected initiative to our broader ERP Transformation effort. This role will drive the end-to-end coordination of the contract renegotiation process across business, procurement, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Procurement Lead and Architect (Principal Engineer) to define and execute the SAP contract renegotiation strategy and process.
• Coordinate and consolidate requirements from approximately 50 Product Teams developing solutions within the SAP landscape.
• Provide transparency and structure by identifying and documenting gaps in the current SAP strategy.
• Manage communication and progress reporting to the SteerCo and C-level executives.
• Ensure alignment between technical, architectural, and commercial considerations throughout the renegotiation process.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced Technical Program Manager with a solid understanding of SAP systems, components, integration methods, and contractual models.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with both technical teams and commercial/procurement stakeholders.
• Strong communicator with the ability to distill complex information for executive audiences.
• Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple stakeholder groups within a large enterprise environment.

Additional Information

• The role is expected to be required through mid-2026.
