Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and drive the rollout of critical business processes. In this key leadership role, you will also oversee the strategic international deployment of SAP S/4HANA across multiple countries, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. If you have a passion for managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful projects, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Finance and OMS, ensuring seamless integration across all modules.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, external consultants, and business stakeholders to manage dependencies and foster effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive Project Success: Oversee project timelines, risk management, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring successful Go-Live while maintaining scope, quality, and budget integrity.
  • Manage International Rollouts: Lead the phased global deployment of SAP solutions, starting in Q1 2026, with an increasing requirement for international travel.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of communication for senior management and key stakeholders, delivering regular updates on project milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure a Seamless Transition: Work closely with the current external Project Manager to facilitate a comprehensive and smooth handover process.

Key Requirements

  • Strong SAP background with several years of experience in leading SAP projects (Finance expertise is a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and navigate a challenging IT landscape
  • Experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementations is a strong plus
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in both Danish and English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change effectively
  • Prior experience with international rollouts and managing integrations is a plus
