SAP PP-PI Support Specialist required! We are looking for a SAP PP-PI specialist for a support role at one of our Clients in Jutland. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the ongoing operations and optimisation of the SAP PP-PI module. Your primary focus will be on understanding business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of SAP PP-PI processes to maximize business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for business users seeking support and guidance on SAP PP-PI functionalities.
  2. Analyse and understand business processes related to production planning in process industries and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for enhancements or changes to SAP PP-PI configurations.
  4. Work closely with the SAP support team and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP-PI configurations, master data, and transactions.
  5. Provide training and assistance to end-users and junior consultants on SAP PP-PI processes, ensuring efficient utilization of the system.
  6. Document support processes, procedures, and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in providing support for SAP PP-PI modules in a process manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of production planning processes and best practices in process industries.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Language Requirement: Danish and English

Beware:

  • Our Client is located in Jutland and onsite presence 2-3 days is a must.
  • Our support specialist will need to be eligible to live and work in Denmark
  • Theis position might require both evening and weekend work
