SAP BTP Consultant

For our client in Greater Copenhagen we are looking for a SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Developer, to be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP BTP solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with the UX experts and architects to build and integrate the application which is an extension to SAP SuccessFactors. You will join a team of approximately 15 people in total.

To succeed in the role you have to be proficient in SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAP Cloud Integration, SAPUI5, workflows and relevant programming languages such as JavaScript and Node.js. Hands-on experience in developing and deploying SAP BTP applications, integrating with SAP and non-SAP systems, and working with cloud-based technologies is required.

The role:
Design and develop custom applications and solutions using SAP BTP, adhering to best practices and architectural guidelines.
Integrate SAP BTP services with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Customize and extend SAP BTP applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging SAP BTP’s extensibility features.
Develop and maintain APIs using SAP BTP, enabling seamless connectivity and data exchange between different systems.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations within SAP BTP applications and solutions.
Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SAP BTP applications to ensure reliability, scalability, and optimal performance.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.
Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP features and technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
