Job Description
Would you like to provide crucial SAP S/4HANA implementation support to our local service teams, ensuring a successful go-live? Are you looking to apply your deep understanding of SAP S4/HANA, the implications for local processes, data handling and required training for users?
At GEA, we are seeking a dynamic leader to functionally drive the SAP S/4HANA rollout across our global Service Locations within the NPE Division.
Your Responsibilities and Tasks
Reporting directly to NPE Service Leadership, you will be part of the Customer Success and Services Excellence team based in Søborg, where more than 700 colleagues are ready to welcome you. You will also collaborate closely with the NPE Divisional SAP Team, with a matrix reporting line to the manager of that team.
As our new colleague, you will serve as our SAP application and Service business process expert. This includes advocating for NPE Service functionality requirements and acting as the key interface between the global S/4HANA project team and NPE divisional stakeholders.
Specifically, you will support NPE sites during the S/4HANA rollout and lead project and change management initiatives with a strong focus on Service.
Furthermore, you will:
Travel
Estimated at 50%. Travel will generally be within the EMEA region and will normally not involve weekends or extended periods away.
