Program Context
A leading global organisation within the production sector is preparing to launch a 5-year strategic program focusing on Time and Payroll. The first step will be to establish a solid Business Case, estimated at approximately 3 months of work.

Role Purpose
The Project Manager will lead the development of this Business Case, ensuring alignment between business needs and strategic objectives. A key responsibility will be to engage and manage stakeholders across the business, consolidating internal expertise and insights into a coherent, decision-ready case.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment between business, HR, and IT perspectives.

  • Provide governance, planning, and structure to a process that is new to the organisation (early business involvement).

Scope & Context

  • Technology: No software decision will be taken at the Business Case stage – possible outcomes include SAP or other solutions.
  • Complexity: The organisation operates with highly diverse time and payroll models, including factory-specific practices.
  • Scale: Approx. 23,000 employees globally.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager with HR / HCM domain experience.
  • Strong understanding of Time and Payroll processes, ideally in complex, high-volume environments.
  • Experience developing business cases for large-scale HR/IT programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous requirements and drive clarity in decision-making processes.
  • Experience within manufacturing or global workforce environments is an advantage.
