We are seeking a skilled HR IT Data Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and a strong background in documenting requirements
for API integrations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analysing HR data, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating seamless integrations within our HR systems.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR, Business and IT teams to understand business requirements for data analysis and integration needs.
Utilize expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to extract, analyse, and interpret HR data effectively.
Document detailed requirements for API integrations to ensure smooth data exchange between different systems.
Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
Perform data quality assessments and implement corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to HR data management and analytics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and associated data structures.
Demonstrated expertise in documenting requirements for API integrations in the HR IT domain.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management within an enterprise environment.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
