SAP Project Manager (EWM)

We are currently seeking a Freelance SAP Project Manager, ideally, with previous experience from SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, along with a understanding of SAP EWM processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAP EWM project, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and external consultants, to drive project activities and resolve issues.
5. Manage project risks and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
6. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
7. Conduct regular project meetings and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed of project milestones and dependencies.
8. Ensure compliance with project governance processes, including change management, issue tracking, and documentation.
9. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
10. Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for end-users to support successful project implementation and adoption.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager leading SAP EWM implementation projects.
2. Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and SAP EWM functionalities.
3. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
5. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project resources effectively.
6. Certification in project management is preferred.
7. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project requirements.
8. Willingness to travel occasionally, as required by project needs.

Onsite presence is a must for this position, therefore, applicants need to be eligible to work in Denmark and willing to travel to the Customer’s site.
