Collaborate with HR, Business and IT teams to understand business requirements for data analysis and integration needs.
Utilize expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to extract, analyse, and interpret HR data effectively.
Document detailed requirements for API integrations to ensure smooth data exchange between different systems.
Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to HR data management and analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and associated data structures.
Demonstrated expertise in documenting requirements for API integrations in the HR IT domain.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management within an enterprise environment.
