Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IS-Oil expert specializing in downstream logistics and cost allocation. This role is hands-on, requiring deep expertise in configuring SAP IS-Oil to accurately track and allocate shipping-related costs, such as harbour fees, agency fees, and waiting time charges. The ideal candidate will not only implement these solutions but also provide practical, workshop-based training to internal team members, enabling them to manage and optimize these SAP processes independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Hands-on configuration of SAP IS-Oil (Downstream) to enhance logistics and cost allocation processes.
\u2022 Develop and implement cost-tracking mechanisms within SAP to ensure accurate allocation of shipping expenses.
\u2022 Conduct interactive workshops and training sessions for internal team members to build in-house expertise.
\u2022 Optimize SAP pricing and cost structures for shipping, freight, and terminal operations.
\u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in cost management and downstream logistics.
\u2022 Document configurations, workflows, and best practices to support long-term process improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Experience:
\u2022 Extensive experience in SAP IS-Oil (Downstream) with a focus on logistics and cost allocation.
\u2022 Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD functionalities related to pricing, freight, and shipment cost tracking.
\u2022 Ability to conduct in-depth training workshops, ensuring internal team members can manage configurations.
\u2022 Practical experience in refinery operations, terminal management, and transportation cost structures.
\u2022 Proven ability to work independently and solve complex SAP process challenges.
\u2022 Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Qualifications:
\u2022 Prior experience working directly with refineries or oil & gas companies.
