Overview<\/strong>
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager<\/strong> to lead the ERP Transformation Delivery Management<\/strong> function. The program is a migration from ECC to S\/4HANA<\/strong>, targeting go-live in the first half of 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager<\/strong> with proven experience in delivering ECC to S\/4HANA transformations<\/strong> of similar scale.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Key Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Previous experience in an S\/4Hana Blue or Brownfield project as Programme Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experienced in leading large-scale ERP transformation programs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Demonstrated ability to empower teams<\/strong> and hold workstreams accountable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strong executive presence<\/strong> and confidence in reporting to VP and C-level stakeholders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Capable of structuring and delegating effectively, while remaining hands-on when necessary<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Action-oriented<\/strong> and results-driven, comfortable operating at pace and resolving challenges quickly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pragmatic and assertive \u2014 able to say \u201cno\u201d when required, while maintaining a collaborative, win\u2013win approach<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Lead and facilitate status meetings<\/strong> with workstream leads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Provide program updates and progress reporting<\/strong> to various levels of the SteerCo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Identify and resolve impediments<\/strong> impacting delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manage program resources and financials<\/strong>, partnering with PMO and Finance teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Collaborate with resource managers<\/strong> to ensure appropriate staffing across workstreams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Prepare, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs)<\/strong> with the main supplier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Safeguard program scope, budget, and roadmap<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
