The first step will be to establish a solid <strong>Business Case<\/strong>, estimated at approximately 3 months of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role Purpose<\/strong><br>The Project Manager will lead the development of this Business Case, ensuring alignment between business needs and strategic objectives. A key responsibility will be to <strong>engage and manage stakeholders across the business<\/strong>, consolidating internal expertise and insights into a coherent, decision-ready case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive the creation of the Business Case for the Time and Payroll program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify, engage, and manage a wide group of internal stakeholders across multiple sites and functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structure and synthesise complex requirements and business processes into clear recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure alignment between business, HR, and IT perspectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage workshops and discussions to uncover requirements and validate assumptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide governance, planning, and structure to a process that is new to the organisation (early business involvement).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scope &amp; Context<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Focus:<\/strong> Time and Payroll.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technology:<\/strong> No software decision will be taken at the Business Case stage \u2013 possible outcomes include SAP or other solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Complexity:<\/strong> The organisation operates with highly diverse <strong>time and payroll models<\/strong>, including factory-specific practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scale:<\/strong> Approx. 23,000 employees globally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Skills Required<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven track record as a <strong>Project Manager<\/strong> with HR \/ HCM domain experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of <strong>Time and Payroll processes<\/strong>, ideally in complex, high-volume environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience developing <strong>business cases<\/strong> for large-scale HR\/IT programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional <strong>stakeholder management<\/strong> and facilitation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to structure ambiguous requirements and drive clarity in decision-making processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience within manufacturing or global workforce environments is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assignment Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start: ASAP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duration: 3 months (Business Case phase, with potential for continuation into program delivery)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Location: Hybrid, with presence on-site as required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language: English and Danish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lead the foundation for a global Time &#038; Payroll transformation<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"job_type":[6],"class_list":["post-17121","sap_jobs","type-sap_jobs","status-publish","hentry","job_type-freelance"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
