Technical Programme Manager Infrastructure

About the Program

Our client is embarking on a major ERP transformation as they migrate from ECC to S/4HANA, with the goal of going live in the first half of 2027.

The program is structured around multiple digital and enabling workstreams, involving more than 50 product teams and around 200 professionals from the client and supplier organizations.

We are looking for a Technical Programme Manager to lead the Infrastructure Workstream within the ERP Transformation Program. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving infrastructure strategy, delivery, and governance across the transformation.

Key Responsibilities include

• Lead and manage the Infrastructure Workstream for the ERP transformation program
• Work directly with the SAP Platform Team (SAP Basis) to define and deliver the technical scope
• Develop and own the detailed Infrastructure Plan, integrating it into the overall Program Roadmap
• Oversee technical conversions and the introduction of new supporting tools and vendors

Your Background

Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with regular onsite presence in South Denmark

Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager leading Infrastructure or SAP transformation initiatives

Solid SAP Basis understanding and hands-on experience

Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end migrations from ECC to S/4HANA

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate a complex, multi-supplier environment
