SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Location: Remote with occasional onsite in Denmark (if required)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to design and guide the setup of our new SuccessFactors environment, integrating with SAP ECC (standard) and ultimately with Veeva QMS.

In this role, you will provide both strategic direction and hands-on advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution design for SuccessFactors, aligned with best practices.
• Define and oversee integration between SF, SAP ECC, and Veeva QMS using SAP Integration Suite.
• Advise on optimal module selection, configuration approach, and data model.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into system design.
• Support vendor management to ensure quality delivery.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and relevant modules.
• Proven experience as Solution Architect .
• Hands-on integration experience with SAP Integration Suite;
• Veeva integration experience a strong plus.
• Strong advisory, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, ad-hoc capacity.
