For Solar – The leading European sourcing and services company, IT Optimiser is looking for a Solution Specialist with a developer background who has gained SAP Fiori experience and skills. You will join Solar’s IT department which consists of more than 110 IT Specialists who every day works towards smarter digital solutions in close partnership with the business. SAP supports all the main processes at Solar: product life cycle, procure to pay, receive to ship, order to cash, hire to retire and finance & analytics. Solar has already embarked the S/4HANA journey and expects to be live in first half of 2024.
What will you do as a Solutions Specialist in Fiori?
As the new Solution Specialist, you will join the department “Enterprise Services” and a team of 15-20 dedicated SAP colleagues. The team is responsible for and delivers solutions and services in SAP Logistics, SAP Warehouse Management, HR (SuccessFactors), Authorizations and Releases. As the new Solution Specialist, you will join the area of Warehouse Management.
In the capacity of Solution Specialist your main responsibilities will be developing in SAP Fiori and ABAP within eWM, and secondary SAP ECC. You will be part of both projects and support. Solar utilizes an agile setup in projects and you can expect to be part of simultaneous projects in close and well-established corporation with the business.
What Solar would like to see in you
Solar is looking for a new team member with at least 4-5 years of experience in development within Fiori. A talented colleague that thrives and enjoys SAP UX technologies like Fiori, Fiori Launchpad, SAPUI5, SAP Cloud Platform. It will be considered an advantage to have ABAP or Fiori knowledge on eWM or ECC.
As a person, you are a team player with a desire to be part of a workplace and to join a team of dedicated colleagues. You are also expected to enjoy interacting with the different stakeholders, as part of your work will include close cooperation between IT and Business.
