Job Description

Would you like to provide crucial SAP S/4HANA implementation support to our local service teams, ensuring a successful go-live? Are you looking to apply your deep understanding of SAP S4/HANA, the implications for local processes, data handling and required training for users?

At GEA, we are seeking a dynamic leader to functionally drive the SAP S/4HANA rollout across our global Service Locations within the NPE Division.


Your Responsibilities and Tasks

Reporting directly to NPE Service Leadership, you will be part of the Customer Success and Services Excellence team based in Søborg, where more than 700 colleagues are ready to welcome you. You will also collaborate closely with the NPE Divisional SAP Team, with a matrix reporting line to the manager of that team.

As our new colleague, you will serve as our SAP application and Service business process expert. This includes advocating for NPE Service functionality requirements and acting as the key interface between the global S/4HANA project team and NPE divisional stakeholders.

Specifically, you will support NPE sites during the S/4HANA rollout and lead project and change management initiatives with a strong focus on Service.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the global S/4HANA project team and NPE divisional stakeholders.
  • Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Service across NPE sites, ensuring alignment with local processes and business needs.
  • Support change management, manage training, and coordinate post–go-live support to ensure adoption and operational continuity.
  • Monitor and report progress to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with national and international teams to ensure seamless integration.

Travel

Estimated at 50%. Travel will generally be within the EMEA region and will normally not involve weekends or extended periods away.


Your profile and qualifications

In this role, you will need analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills to create results, and you can do so while meeting tight timelines and cost objectives. Also, you are a skilled collaborator who can be the central point of contact for stakeholders both at a national and international level.

Finally, we imagine that you:

  • Hold Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Have experience in functionally leading projects and change initiatives, preferably in ERP implementation environments.
  • Possess expertise in the SAP SD module.

Desirable / Qualifying

  • Understanding of industrial Service operations (e.g., Field Service, Spare Parts, Inhouse Repair, Rental).
  • Knowledge of SAP Service modules and service-related functionality in other SAP modules.
