Senior Technical Program Manager – ERP Transformation Delivery Management

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the ERP Transformation Delivery Management function. The program is a migration from ECC to S/4HANA, targeting go-live in the first half of 2027.

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager with proven experience in delivering ECC to S/4HANA transformations of similar scale.

Key Attributes:

• Previous experience in an S/4Hana Blue or Brownfield project as Programme Manager
• Experienced in leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to empower teams and hold workstreams accountable.
• Strong executive presence and confidence in reporting to VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Capable of structuring and delegating effectively, while remaining hands-on when necessary.
• Action-oriented and results-driven, comfortable operating at pace and resolving challenges quickly.
• Pragmatic and assertive — able to say “no” when required, while maintaining a collaborative, win–win approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate status meetings with workstream leads.
• Provide program updates and progress reporting to various levels of the SteerCo.
• Identify and resolve impediments impacting delivery.
• Manage program resources and financials, partnering with PMO and Finance teams.
• Collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing across workstreams.
• Prepare, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) with the main supplier.
• Safeguard program scope, budget, and roadmap.

The position is expected to be required through mid-2027

The role require onsite presence in Denmark, therefore, candidates will need to hold EU Passport or valid work permit for DK.
