SAP FI Expert (PL)

We’re looking to onboard a resource who can support us with Poland, specifically to work closely with SAP on configuration and implementation activities.

Below are the details of the profile we’re looking for:

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP FI Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Polish legal and tax regulations
• Familiarity with KSeF (e-invoicing) and JPK (Standard Audit File for Tax)
• Understanding of Poland-specific financial processes impacted by KSeF and JPK, such as:
  • Split payment
  • Tax fulfillment dates
  • Exchange rates
  • PKWiU and GTU codes
  • Credential management
• Previous involvement in CIT and e-invoicing-related projects

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate As-Is analysis and Exploration workshops

Collaborate with internal teams during the analysis and implementation phases

Support projects related to CIT (Corporate Income Tax) and KSeF

Participate in requirement analysis and solution design

Assist in the configuration and implementation of SAP FI, ensuring compliance with Polish regulations

Work closely with both project teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Explain e-invoicing requirements and processes to functional and technical stakeholders
