SAP Finance – Business Readiness Expert

We’re seeking a SAP Finance Business Readiness Expert to support the execution side of SAP FICO changes within an e-invoicing rollout project.

What you’ll do:

• Drive business readiness activities for SAP FICO changes related to e-invoicing
• Support rollouts across mixed landscapes i.e. DRC (SAP Document and Reporting Compliance) where countries are on S/4HANA, and a third-party TMS where countries are still on R/3 (ECC)
• Plan and deliver user training, including reviewing/adjusting materials, facilitate sessions, and supporting users through go-live
• Bridge the gap between functional design and operational go-live
• Coordinate testing, validation, and cutover activities with business stakeholders
• Support process changes and user adoption ahead of rollout
• Identify and resolve readiness gaps, risks, and dependencies

What you bring:

• Strong SAP FICO knowledge, especially around AP/AR and invoicing processes
• Hands-on experience with e-invoicing / regulatory compliance rollouts
• Exposure to both SAP DRC (on S/4HANA) and third-party TMS solutions (on R/3 / ECC)
• Experience preparing and delivering end-user training in an SAP environment
• Proven track record in business readiness, change, or deployment roles
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business users
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have: S/4HANA experience, knowledge of country-specific e-invoicing mandates (e.g. Peppol, ViDA, local clearance models).
