          1. Introductory dialogue

          Considering a new job or change of career can be a significant big step. When we have a relevant opportunity identifying you as a match we will reach out. Together we identify if the job and its content is of initial interest.

          2. Alignment

          Once aligned your profile and CV will be presented to our client and you potential new employee. Number of talks will vary but 2 – 3 interviews are common. A process where both you and the client are able to evaluate if there is a match between both parties

          3. New job

          We are part of the whole process in which we are there to support you along the way. Upon successful interview process its time to wrap op the formalities and agree upon a start date. Congratulations on your new job
